We’re currently seeking a reliable, organised, and friendly Legal Secretary to join our busy team at Sydney Criminal Lawyers in the heart of the CBD.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable multitasking with a positive and professional attitude. Full Training and guidance provided.

• 2 days per weeks this university semester with the potential of increasing to 3 to 4 days a week when the next university roster resumes

• General reception duties including answering calls, managing appointments, and greeting clients

• Assisting with personal and administrative tasks to support the principal and legal team

• Office organisation and clerical support

• Helping keep office spaces clean & tidy

• Liaising with courts, clients, and other law firms as needed

• Invoicing and receipting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-presented and professional demeanour

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Previous experience in reception or admin preferred (legal experience a bonus, but not required)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
