Contracts Administrator Liaison

Hunter Homes is seeking a highly capable and motivated Contracts Administrator Liaison to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the client experience while supporting the continued success of one of the region’s most respected residential builders.

In this role, you will be central to the client journey, guiding clients through critical stages of the contracting process with confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure jobs are managed seamlessly, expectations are clearly communicated, and every project begins with a strong foundation.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningful insight into processes, support the development of best practices within the team, and play an important role in elevating the overall client experience across the business.

This role is based in office at our Head Office in Heatherbrae.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Client Relationship Coordination
Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients by delivering clear, proactive, and professional communication during their Tender and Contract stages of their journey. You will act as a key point of contact, providing guidance and reassurance while helping clients confidently navigate the Tender and Contract stage.

Documentation & Administration
Prepare, review, and coordinate the issuing and signing of documentation ensuring that this is accurate, compliant, and completed to a high standard.

Report Procurement & Compliance
Have a sound understanding of essential reports, including soil tests, contour surveys, Section 10.7 certificates, flood assessments, bushfire reports, and other required documentation.

Cross-Team Collaboration
Act as a central point of coordination between departments, ensuring information flows effectively, timelines are maintained, and client expectations are consistently met.

Operational Insight & Process Enhancement
Provide input into the ongoing improvement of internal systems, workflows, and client processes. Your experience will help identify opportunities to strengthen efficiencies, support team capability, and enhance the overall client journey.

Team Support & Knowledge Sharing
Act as a knowledgeable resource within the team, sharing experience and supporting colleagues where needed to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Experience & Knowledge

• Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator Liaison or similar client-facing role within the residential building or construction industry.

• A strong understanding of residential building processes, compliance requirements, and relevant legislation.

• Experience working closely with multiple internal departments and coordinating outcomes across teams.

• Exposure to guiding processes, supporting team members, or contributing to improvements in systems and workflows will be highly regarded.
