About the role
Base salary from $86,266 per annum (plus super)
As a Contract Coordinator, you will support the delivery of operational works by coordinating requests for work, engaging traffic management and civil works suppliers, and ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and in line with business requirements. Working closely with internal stakeholders and contractors, you will help maintain effective supplier relationships and support the smooth operation of the Contract Delivery team.
The role also includes managing contractor claims and supplier invoicing through SAP, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator who enjoys working with data, systems and stakeholders in a fast-paced operational environment.
