Property Manager | NORTH-WEST

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a supportive and professional team managing a well-maintained residential portfolio of 130 properties. This role offers the opportunity to work within a structured environment with dedicated support, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

You will benefit from experienced administrative and virtual assistant support, along with on-road assistance, helping reduce the day-to-day workload and allowing you to focus on maintaining strong client relationships, proactive portfolio management, and delivering consistent service standards.

THE ROLE

• Manage a residential portfolio of 130 properties
• Saturday roster of 1 in 4 with time in lieu provided
• Up to $75,000 + Superannuation
• Utilise modern property management systems 
• Supportive team environment with strong leadership

ABOUT YOU:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a residential property portfolio
• Current Agents Representative Certificate is essential
• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants
• Sound understanding of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
• Reliable, professional and motivated approach
