HR Manager

Our client is an established and growing professional services firm seeking an experienced HR profesional to take ownership of its people function.

This is a broad HR generalist role with genuine influence across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be the key point of contact for HR matters while helping shape culture, improve processes and ensure the business remains compliant and people-focused.

The Opportunity:

• Own and coordinate the HR function across the business
• Partner closely with senior leadership on people and workplace matters
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction
• Provide advice across employee relations, performance and HR compliance
• Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures and employment documentation
• Support payroll, leave management and HR reporting
• Drive staff engagement, wellbeing and internal communications
• Coordinate training, development and performance review processes
• Play an active role in building a positive, connected and inclusive culture
• Coordinate staff events, initiatives and employee engagement activities

About You: We're looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being hands-on and having a genuine impact.

You'll ideally have:

• HR generalist experience
• Experience within professional service sectors
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation
• Experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and engagement
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality
• A proactive, approachable and solutions-focused style
• The confidence to work with and influence senior stakeholders
