Finance and Insurance Consultant

Southside Toyota is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our high-performing team at our Woolloongabba dealership.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and helping customers find finance and insurance solutions that meet their needs.

As a Finance & Insurance Consultant, you will work closely with our Sales Team and customers to provide tailored finance, insurance, and aftermarket product solutions. You will play a key role in the vehicle purchasing journey, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and professional advice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Presenting finance, insurance, and aftermarket product options to customers
• Developing tailored finance solutions to meet individual customer needs
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and lending partners
• Managing finance applications and ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Achieving finance and insurance sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
• Coordinating settlement processes and documentation
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of finance products, regulations, and dealership offerings
• Working closely with the Sales Department to enhance the customer experience and maximise dealership opportunities

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Finance & Insurance Consultant, Business Manager, or Automotive Finance Specialist
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A customer-first approach with exceptional communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and administrative capability
• A professional presentation and positive attitude
• Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products
• An understanding of compliance obligations and responsible lending practices
• Current driver's licence

Experience within a dealership environment will be highly regarded.
