Marketing Co-ordinator

Festoon Lighting Australia creates lighting experiences for weddings, events and venues across WA. We're a small, close-knit team based in Malaga, and we're after a creative, organised Marketing Coordinator to own our day-to-day marketing — social, content, website, expos and venue partnerships.

You won't be one small cog in a big machine — you'll plan content, update the website, run our expo presence, manage venue relationships and build our image library, working closely with our management team and Content Specialist.

This four-day role could suit an emerging marketer wanting broad, hands-on experience, or an experienced marketer after a flexible role with real ownership.

What You'll Do

• Plan, create and schedule content across social media and web

• Manage website updates — galleries, copy, landing pages, blog

• Source and organise event imagery; maintain our digital asset library

• Track content performance and report on results

• Plan and run Festoon's presence at wedding and venue expos, including logistics and post-event follow-up

• Manage venue and offer collateral

• Coordinate styled shoots

• Respond to social media enquiries

• General marketing admin support as needed

What We're Looking For

Career stage is flexible — final-year student, early-career marketer, or experienced marketer after fewer hours are all welcome. More important is that you:

• Have a good eye for visual content and on-brand writing

• Write confidently and can adapt copy for different channels

• Are organised and comfortable juggling multiple projects

• Are proactive and happy working independently in a small team

• Have strong attention to detail

• Are comfortable picking up new tools (Canva, social scheduling, CRM are all a bonus, not required)
