Deli - Customer Service Assistant

We’re passionate about fresh, quality produce and creating memorable customer experiences – and now we’re looking for an enthusiastic Casual Deli Customer Service Assistant to bring that same passion to our busy Ferry Road Markets store at The Brickworks Centre, Southport.

• Immediate start with approx. 25 Hours per week available (weekends essential).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering outstanding customer service with a smile – packaging products, handling payments, and answering customer queries.

• Preparing food, including cooking gourmet chickens in our rotisserie oven.

• Slicing smallgoods and preparing delicious deli items such as cheeses, chocolates, olives, and meats.

• Merchandising and presenting products beautifully to entice customers.

• Taking on physical tasks, including lifting and stocking.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience (essential).

• Background in food handling or preparation (highly regarded).

• Reliable, hardworking, and flexible – available weekdays and weekends.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
