The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary to play a pivotal role in shaping its commercial strategy, leading major bids, and driving future growth. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, with a focus on supporting a major government contract rebid, enhancing financial modeling, and providing strategic advice on partnerships and organizational opportunities. This role also involves overseeing an international finance function, ensuring strong financial management, and upholding the highest standards of governance and compliance. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should be established professionals with a strong commercial acumen and executive leadership experience. The role requires a CFO with a proven track record in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis, particularly in the context of major bids and the evaluation of strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a trusted adviser to the CEO and Board, with sound governance, risk, and Company Secretary credentials. A CPA or CA qualification is mandatory.
