Bricklaying Apprenticeship

If you’re a young person who loves working outdoors, staying active, and creating something solid and lasting, a career in bricklaying could be the perfect fit. We’re looking for a motivated Bricklaying Apprentice ready to learn the trade and join a crew that values hard work, teamwork and a good attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Bricklaying basics — laying bricks, blocks and pavers

• Site preparation — mixing mortar, setting out work areas, assisting trades

• Construction skills — reading plans, measuring, levelling and finishing

• Working on residential and commercial building projects

• Learning from experienced bricklayers who’ll teach you the craft

What You Need

• Car & driver’s licence

• White Card

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Good communication and reliability

• Physically fit and ready for hands‑on work

• Previous trade or labouring experience is an advantage, but not essential
