At Real Response, we train people for the kinds of emergencies that don’t follow a script.

We create high-intensity, real-world training environments where participants learn to stay calm, and make life-saving decisions. Our trainers are current or former emergency professionals who know firsthand that real incidents don’t happen in tidy classrooms, and that preparation matters.

As A Trainer, You’ll:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality, simulation-based first aid courses to a range of organisations.
• Adapt your delivery style for different client groups, environments, and locations.
• Deliver the majority of the training from our Geelong CBD training space, with opportunities to travel to client sites across the region.
• Receive full training, equipment, and ongoing support from our national training team.
• Access opportunities to expand into electrical rescue, fire, tactical, or mental health training (if relevant experience applies).

You’ll Ideally Have:

• Experience as a paramedic, emergency nurse, fire EMR, military medic, or in a similar emergency response role.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Professional presence and ability to engage diverse groups.
• Current Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110 / TAE40116 / TAE40122), or evidence of enrolment in TAE40122. or willingness to undertake this prior to employment

• Drivers licence and vehicle to travel to course locations.
