About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at our Keysborough, VIC location on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business, building relationships with customers and driving sales growth across our product range. You will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst achieving sales targets and expanding our client base. Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with both residential and commercial customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

• Present and demonstrate pool, spa and associated products, equipment, and solutions to potential customers

• Provide expert advice and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences

• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales whilst maintaining profitability

• Prepare accurate quotations and sales proposals for customers

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Record and manage customer information and sales data accurately in our systems

• Liaise with our operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

• Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings

• Attend customer site visits and conduct product demonstrations as required

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in a sales role, preferably within the pool & spa and/or plumbing industry, retail, or a related sector

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly

• Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach to closing sales

• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to customer sites

• Knowledge of pool & spa and Plumbing products, equipment and maintenance is advantageous

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

• Professional presentation skills and a positive attitude towards customer service
