Installation and Service Technician – Fitness Equipment

Dynamo Fitness is one of Australia's fastest-growing fitness equipment suppliers, providing premium home and commercial gym equipment across the country. We're looking for a motivated and reliable Installation and Service Technician to join our growing WA team.

About the Role

Every day is different. You'll travel to customer sites to deliver, assemble, install, and service a wide range of fitness equipment for homes, commercial gyms, schools, hotels, and sporting facilities.

When installation work is quieter, you'll support the team by carrying out preventative servicing and warranty repairs. This is a varied role where you'll always have meaningful work and continue developing your skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver, assemble, and install fitness equipment at customer locations.

• Perform preventative maintenance and servicing on gym equipment.

• Complete warranty repairs and troubleshoot equipment faults.

• Read and follow assembly manuals and technical documentation.

• Safely operate hand and power tools.

• Load, unload, and prepare equipment for deliveries and installations.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service on every job.

• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in equipment installation, mechanical assembly, servicing, or a similar hands-on role.

• Confident using hand and power tools.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.

• Physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy equipment as part of a team.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in producing quality work.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Current Australian Driver's Licence (essential).

• Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential).
