We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality, person-centered support to individuals in their homes and community settings.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Personal vehicle for work-related transportation
• Minimum 6 months experience in home care or disability support
• Certificate III or IV in Disability Services
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid and CPR certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised care and support to clients with varying abilities and needs
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
• Support clients in achieving personal goals and maintaining independence
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, social activities, and community events
• Maintain accurate and detailed support logs and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and team colleagues
• Ensure client safety and well-being at all time
