• Flexible and reliable, with availability across a range of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
• Proven experience in the disability sector; Lived experience of disability is highly valued.
• Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs and implementing Behaviour Support Plans.
• Demonstrated experience supporting customers with autism and/or complex behaviours.
• Confident and experienced in manual handling practices.
• Skilled in supporting people with diverse physical, cognitive and behavioural needs, always delivering person-centred, respectful care.
• Ability to provide support across multiple environments including on-site, in customer homes and within the community (Sunshine Coast region).
• Strong ability to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and provide consistent, confident support in challenging situations.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine commitment to supporting customers to achieve their goals.
• Passionate about continuous learning, building connections and supporting independence.
