The Padel Lounge is one of Sydney’s leading padel destinations, delivering premium facilities, coaching, competitions and social experiences for players of all levels.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised, energetic and commercially minded Head of Programs to lead and develop our padel programs across The Padel Lounge venues.

The Head of Programs will be responsible for planning, managing and growing all programs across The Padel Lounge.

This includes social competitions, leagues, tournaments, coaching programs, junior programs, school programs, corporate events and new padel initiatives.

The role requires someone who understands the sport, can identify what players want and can create programs that increase participation, court utilisation and customer retention.

• Plan and manage all social competitions, leagues, tournaments and structured programs.

• Develop new and exciting padel programs for different levels and player groups.

• Manage program schedules across The Padel Lounge venues.

• Monitor registrations, attendance and player participation.

• Work closely with coaches to organise coaching programs, clinics and player development pathways.

• Develop junior, school and holiday programs.

• Build corporate and community padel programs.

• Ensure programs are properly created and managed through Playtomic and internal systems.

• Monitor program performance, profitability and court utilisation.

• Identify underperforming programs and make improvements where required.

• Communicate with players regarding schedules, registrations, competitions and program updates.

• Work with the marketing team to promote upcoming programs and events.

• Coordinate staff and coaches required to deliver each program.

• Gather player feedback and use it to improve the customer experience.

• Research competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.

• Maintain a consistent standard across all programs and venues.

• Provide regular reports on participation, revenue, growth and program performance.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of padel.

• Experience managing sports programs, competitions, events or similar operations.

• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple programs and schedules at the same time.

• Confident using booking and management systems such as Playtomic.

• Commercial mindset with an understanding of revenue, participation and court utilisation.

• Creative approach to developing new competitions and player experiences.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider management team.

• Available to work across The Padel Lounge locations when required.
