THE ROLE:

There are multiple Part Time employment roles available to accommodate the delivery of cleaning services at our client's central office premise in Glenside. The ideal applicants will be experienced in cleaning, well presented, proactive and able to work well on their own and in a team. They will also be able to use their initiative in their daily routine to provide services that are of a high standard..

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm 

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm 

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm 

• Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable attendance and the ability to consistently work the nominated roster.

• Ability to perform the inherent requirements of commercial cleaning safely, with or without reasonable adjustment.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality, hygiene and client service standards.

• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, chemical controls and safe work practices.

• Respectful communication and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Appropriate right to work in Australia and ability to satisfy any lawful client or site access requirements.

Typical Cleaning duties

• Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, corridors and shared spaces.

• Cleaning and sanitising amenities, bathrooms, kitchens and break areas.

• Vacuuming, mopping, spot cleaning and maintaining hard and soft floor surfaces.

• Emptying waste and recycling, replacing liners and transferring waste to designated collection points.

• Cleaning high-touch points, furniture, fixtures, glass and other allocated surfaces.

• Restocking consumables and reporting low stock, damage, hazards or maintenance needs.

• Using chemicals, equipment and PPE in accordance with training, safety data sheets and site procedures.

• Completing required cleaning records, checklists, inspections or digital task confirmations.

• Maintaining security, confidentiality and professional conduct within the client’s workplace.

To be considered for this role you will have the following:

• Minimum of 1-year commercial cleaning experience with a keen eye for detail.

• Valid work rights in Australia

• Able to start immediately

• Willing to undertake a medical screening (company organised)

• Willing to consent to a National Police Check (company organised)
