Casual Bar and Bottleshop Staff

The Sixty30 Tavern in Merriwa, owned and operated by LocalsCo is a recently acquired venue for the group that is being positioned for a large renovation that will take it to a 1000 pax family-focused venue. Until then we are running a fun low-key Sports Bar with TAB and bottleshop. Seeking staff to get onboard now and help reposition the operation. You'll get large group level support from other venues and the support team.

We are seeking a skilled bar tenders and bottleshop staff to help run this venue. You will ensure we deliver a solid standard of service whilst maintaining our casual atmosphere and approach. The customer is king, all managers are expected to be hands on for all services, leading by example.

The Position: 

The bar and bottleshop staff will work with the managers and staff. This person will be well-versed in the following:

• Working in the bars or bottleshop on days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

• Promote a culture of fun customer engagement, retention and strong loyalty by leading innovative and targeted initiatives, which maintains venue popularity year-round.

• Maintain a high standard of venue presentation and attention to detail.

• Solid understanding of bars, beverage and RSA standards.

• TAB experience.

• Assist the Venue Manager to manage and coordinate a calendar of functions and events.
