Join Phillippa’s a market leading retail bakery, producing high quality products from premium local ingredients using traditional production techniques.
 
Perfect your skills making natural yeasted (time dough) and sourdough breads, with our 30 year old starter, and without improving ingredients
Make pastries and croissants from scratch using traditional techniques and authentic ingredients
