Project Manager | Technology Transformation Hybrid

At Nissan Financial Services, we're embarking on a significant digital transformation, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead one of our most business critical technology initiatives.

This role will see you take ownership of the end-to-end implementation of a new enterprise Contract Management System that supports our automotive financial services business. Working across technology, operations, vendors and senior stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless transition while ensuring business continuity throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

Reporting into the Digital Transformation Office, you'll be responsible for leading the complete delivery lifecycle, including:

• Leading a major enterprise application implementation from planning through to go-live
• Developing and managing project plans, governance, risks and delivery milestones
• Coordinating vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders
• Managing data migration, testing and system integration activities
• Leading cutover planning, business readiness and post-implementation support
• Driving stakeholder engagement and executive reporting throughout the programme
• Ensuring delivery outcomes are achieved with minimal disruption to business operations

What you'll bring

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who has successfully delivered complex enterprise technology projects.

Ideally you'll have:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology implementation or contract management system replacement projects
• Strong project governance, planning and stakeholder management capability
• Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners
• Knowledge of data migration, enterprise integrations and testing methodologies
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent)
• Degree qualification in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline

Experience within financial services, automotive finance or regulated industries will be highly regarded.
