Job Description

Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is looking for an experienced, skilled, organized & self-motivated Bar Team Leader to join our amazing Banquet's team of professionals.

As our Conference and Events Operations Team Leader, you will be leading and guiding the service team for the efficient running of the bar service during functions & events. You will work alongside the Banquets supervisors to ensure the smooth and efficient service of beverages.

Qualifications

What Are We Looking For?

• Strong Beverage knowledge and skills working behind the bar
• Good Understanding of Banquets, Functions & Events service style
• Previous experience working in a bar or similar role  
• RSA is a must
• Flexibility with rostered shifts
