Black Flaming Studio is a small, close-knit salon doing things a little differently. We work with one client at a time, so there are no crowded diaries and no divided attention, just the space to create beautiful work and give every guest an experience that feels personal and considered.

The Role

We’re looking for an accomplished stylist ready to step into a leadership role. This is a chance to do more than great work at the chair. You’ll help shape our client experience, guide and inspire the team, and work closely alongside the owner to help steer where the studio goes next.

Responsibilities

You’ll deliver an elevated experience to each guest, one at a time, with genuine focus and care. You’ll put the client at the heart of everything you do, anticipating their needs and building relationships based on trust and loyalty. As a leader, you’ll mentor the team, share your expertise, and set the standard for excellence, while partnering with the owner to develop the studio and keep us ahead of the industry.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from someone who is deeply client focused and takes real pride in making people feel exceptional. A genuine appetite to lead and grow alongside the studio matters to us more than anything on paper. Five or more years of experience is ideal, but formal credentials aren’t essential. The right person with the right energy will always come first.
