Property Lawyer

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Perth law firm who are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join their growing team. The Role

You will be responsible for managing a diverse property law practice, including:

Advising clients on commercial and residential property transactions.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for the sale and purchase of property.Managing commercial and retail leasing matters, including preparing and negotiating leases, licences and related agreements.Advising on acquisitions, disposals and developments.Conducting due diligence for property transactions.Preparing and reviewing easements, covenants and other property-related documentation.Advising on strata and community title matters.Assisting with property financing and security documentation.Liaising with clients, financial institutions, developers, local authorities and other stakeholders.Managing settlements and ensuring transactions are completed efficiently.Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused legal advice.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A current unrestricted Australian Practising Certificate.Experience practising in Property Law.Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.The ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.A commitment to providing outstanding client service.An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships.
