Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate hotel events end-to-end, from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a great outcome for clients and the hotel
• Prepare contracts, banquet event orders, invoices and floorplans with accuracy
• Liaise with Front Office, F&B, Kitchen and Operations to align on event requirements
• Manage the iVvy CRM, keeping sales activity and client records up to date
• Handle deposits, payments and revenue reporting in line with hotel policy
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Identify new opportunities for conferences, events and group bookings
• Support major events, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when needed

What You’ll Bring:
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator, comfortable liaising across departments and with clients
• A sales-driven mindset with a track record of converting enquiries
• CRM experience (iVvy a plus)
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours for key events
• A passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
