We’re currently seeking warm-hearted and reliable Personal Care Assistants to join our team at Bodington, where we provide a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for our residents.

Your Role Will Include

Assisting residents with personal care such as showering and dressingSupporting daily living activities including meals and social engagementCollaborating with our clinical team to follow individual care plansMaintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a positive team cultureProviding exceptional service to residents, their families, and the wider community

What We’re Looking For

A kind heart and a genuine passion for aged careStrong communication skills and a friendly natureA team player who is dependable and proactiveUnderstanding of workplace health and safetyA Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)Ability to assist clients with medication would be an advantageWillingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance
