Role Description This is a Full-time / part-time, on-site Loan Administrator role based in Strathfield, NSW. The Loan Administrator will be responsible for managing loan servicing activities, preparing and reviewing loan documents, and ensuring smooth processing of client applications. Responsibilities include liaising with customers to address inquiries, coordinating loan approvals, maintaining accurate and secure records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role demands a high level of accuracy, organization, and customer interaction.
Qualifications Proficiency in Loan Servicing and handling Loan Documents including Aggregator CRM systemStrong understanding of Finance and Loans processes.Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.Experience with compliance in the financial services industry is advantageous.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.Capacity to work collaboratively within a small team and uphold professional, ethical standards in all client interactions.
