About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven
HRIS (Tanda) & Workforce Specialist to support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of Tanda across multiple franchise and client entities.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and is confident configuring workforce systems, interpreting modern awards and driving payroll and compliance outcomes through technology.
You will work closely with senior leadership and external clients, supporting workforce management, compliance frameworks and HR system integration across a diverse portfolio of businesses.
Please note that this is a full-time, office-based position located in Parramatta. The role is performed onsite Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. Work from home arrangements are not available for this position. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end workforce systems and compliance support across multiple entities, including:
- Implementation and configuration of Tanda across multiple client environments
- Building backend system structures, including employee profiles, classifications and pay rules
- Applying modern awards and award-free arrangements within Tanda to ensure Fair Work compliance
- Managing timekeeping, breaks, overtime, allowances and payroll inputs to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
- Performing HR, Fair Work and payroll compliance audits and supporting remediation activities
- Supporting HRIS and CRM implementations, including data migration, cleansing, testing and validation
- Maintaining accurate employee records and system integrity across platforms
- Providing Tanda system support, troubleshooting and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
- Supporting onboarding, system setup and workforce compliance requirements
- Identifying system improvements, compliance risks and opportunities to streamline processes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience working with Tanda
- Strong understanding of Fair Work Act, modern awards and payroll compliance requirements
- Experience in multi-entity or client-facing environments
- Strong systems capability, with experience in HRIS implementation and optimisation
- High level of attention to detail and ability to identify compliance risks
- Ability to translate legislative requirements into practical system solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously
