About the role

As our Baker, you'll be responsible for producing the quality breads and bakery products that Bakers Delight is renowned for.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• mixing, moulding, proving and baking breads and bakery products

• preparing doughs and managing fermentation processes

• monitoring baking times and oven performance

• maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

• operating equipment safely and managing stock rotation

• meeting daily production targets and quality standards.

What we're looking for

• Full Australian working rights essential

• Availability for early morning and weekend shifts essential

• Min. 2 years baking experience or current / willing to do baking apprenticeship essential

• Demonstrated dough handling and bread-making skills

• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable, punctual and a positive team player.
