About the role:

• Join a growing Corporate Energy & Natural Resources team working across high-value transactions and project development matters.
• Advise on complex cross-border M&A, joint ventures and strategic investments across mining, oil & gas and broader energy.
• Work closely with experienced partners on deals that sit at the center of Australia’s energy transition.
• Gain exposure to both transactional and regulatory aspects of major projects.

The ideal candidate:

• Associate/Senior Associate with 2+ years PQE in energy and resources.
• Experience or strong interest in M&A, joint ventures or project development work.
• Strong technical legal skills and drafting ability.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• A collaborative approach to work in a high-performing, close-knit team.
