We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Allocations Consultant to join our dynamic Perth team. If you enjoy solving problems, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and roster healthcare professionals to client shifts.

• Build strong relationships with clients and healthcare staff.

• Respond to staffing requests and source suitable candidates quickly and efficiently.

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email.

• Resolve last-minute staffing changes and rostering challenges.

• Maintain accurate records using internal systems.

• Support the wider team with administrative duties as required.

Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, recruitment, healthcare, call centres or customer service is highly regarded but not essential. We provide comprehensive training for the right person.

Hours

This position operates on a rotating roster between Monday and Sunday, with standard rostered hours.
