Food & Beverage Attendant

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure in both Food & Beverage operations and Front Office, giving you a well-rounded understanding of hotel service and guest experience.

Position Summary: 

• Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the travellers and exceeding their expectations 

• Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete food and beverage and welcoming experience, creating a place with the traveller in mind 

• Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail 

• Understand traveller’s requirements and create classic and timeless experiences with each traveller’s experience 

• Support your Food and Beverage and Front Office team in general operational tasks 

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings 

About You: 

• Relevant experience in a similar role 

• Working rights in Australia 

• An up-to-date RSA 

• Have or willing to obtain both a Food safety certificate and Allergen Awareness certificate

• Enthusiastic to escalate your career 

• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment 

• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
