We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join our National Remedial team. This role forms part of a specialised group that delivers complex remedial projects across Australia. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical capability, exceptional site leadership skills, and the ability to manage client relationships while ensuring safe, high‑quality project delivery.

The position would be based in one of our offices in Sydney NSW, Welshpool WA, Mackay Qld, Newcastle NSW, Melbourne VIC, Eagle Farm Qld and Adelaide SA.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join our National Remedial team. This role forms part of a specialised group that delivers complex remedial projects across Australia. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical capability, exceptional site leadership skills, and the ability to manage client relationships while ensuring safe, high‑quality project delivery.

This national role will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is open to travelling to project locations across the country. Location is flexible depending on the successful candidate’s current residence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead site‑based delivery of remedial construction projects across AustraliaCoordinate daily site operations, subcontractors, materials, and resourcesEnsure compliance with project scope, specifications, drawings, and quality requirementsMaintain strong communication and relationships with clients and stakeholdersOversee site safety, risk management, and environmental complianceReport on progress, variations, and key project metrics

Support the National Remedial team on marine, façade, and industrial remediation projects

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Site Supervision or Site ManagementStrong technical understanding of construction methodologiesAbility to interpret and work from scopes, specifications, and drawingsProven experience in client management and stakeholder engagementSolid background in construction, remedial works, industrial, or infrastructure environments

Preferred Background

Experience delivering remedial, marine, façade or industrial construction projectsStrong practical construction knowledge and ability to lead teams on complex sites

Projects and Work Environment

National remedial projects including marine, façade, and industrial worksTravel required based on project needsFlexible home location, depending on where the successful candidate is sourced
