About the role
The purpose of this role is to ensure all internal, outsourced, stock and storage jobs are despatched correctly and on time.
Key responsibilities
Process work tickets correctly
Ensure there is a sample in each work ticket
Pack and mark all outward goods and jobs and ensure accurate data entry
Communicate with transport companies for accurate and cost effective arrival time to clients
Perform stock take duties as required
Pick and issue stocks from store/storage
Assist in the bindery/packing when necessary and perform other duties as requested by the Warehouse Manager
Be involved in the formulation and communication of ideas which assist in continuous improvement
Undertake all activities in a manner that will not endanger the health and safety of oneself or others as per workplace health and safety policies
About you
Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role
Basic computer skills essential
Forklift ticket preferred but not essential
