Job Description
Join a Crew that Celebrates Wins Together and has Each Other’s Backs.

This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications. You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients with diverse needs and develop practical, client-centred skills across different stages of their support journey.

With offsite supervisors already in place, we’re after practitioners who can be confident leaders in the room, fostering strong collaboration, idea sharing, and day-to-day support. It’s a warm, team-focused culture where you’ll make a meaningful difference to the people we support.
