OneTree Allied Health is looking for Occupational Therapists to support an established and growing number of referrals across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern NSW.

We offer flexible part-time employment and subcontracting arrangements. Applicants can indicate their preferred service areas, availability and clinical interests.

About OneTree Allied Health

OneTree Allied Health provides goal-driven, evidence-based occupational therapy services for people with disability. We focus on thorough assessments, practical recommendations and clear clinical reporting that supports each client’s independence, safety and participation.

The role

You will provide person-centred occupational therapy services in clients’ homes and community environments across the lifespan.

Your work may include:

• On-site capacity-building assessment and intervention

• Functional Capacity Assessments

• Assistive technology assessment, prescription and review

• Home modification assessments and recommendations

• Supporting clients to improve independence and community participation

• Preparing clear clinical reports and recommendations

• Collaborating with families, support coordinators and other professionals

• Managing appointments, documentation and clinical follow-up

About you

Applicants must have:

• A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification

• Current AHPRA registration

• Strong assessment, communication and report-writing skills

• The ability to manage a community-based caseload independently

• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Relevant worker screening and child-related checks where required

Experience in community, disability or NDIS-funded practice would be highly regarded. Subcontractors will also require an ABN and appropriate professional insurance.
