Bid Manager - Prefab and Integrated Solutions

 As part of our expanding growth initiative, we are looking to appoint an experienced Bid Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development of complex, multi-product bids involving prefabricated and integrated electrical solutions. This role coordinates cross-functional inputs from factories, product lines, estimators, and commercial teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and competitive proposals.

Key Duties:

• Lead end-to-end bid management for complex prefabricated and integrated solutions.

• Manage bid schedules, milestones, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.

• Coordinate inputs from engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to develop cohesive proposals.

• Consolidate estimates and develop accurate, competitive pricing strategies.

• Ensure consistency in cost assumptions, margins, and risk allocation.

• Develop compelling proposals that clearly communicate technical solutions, delivery models, and customer value.

• Oversee preparation of technical, commercial, and compliance documentation.

• Partner with Sales and Solution Architects to develop winning bid strategies and key differentiators.

• Drive governance, approvals, risk management, and contractual compliance throughout the bid process.

• Implement bid management best practices and maintain reusable proposal content for future opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management within electrical engineering and managing complex, multi-scope or integrated solution bids.

• Exposure to prefabrication, modular construction, or integrated systems is highly desirable.

• Understanding of electrical systems (MV/LV, power distribution, switchgear, etc.).

• Familiarity with estimating practices across multiple product lines.

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across distributed teams.

• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineer or a related field.
