You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, identify smarter ways of working and take initiative to improve processes, helping the Direct Sales team for 12 Months on a Max-Term Contract, deliver seamless, high-quality outcomes for clients, listeners and the business.

This role brings Unwavering Unity to life by connecting Sales, Creative, Integration, Airtime and Programming teams, coordinating campaign delivery and providing dependable administrative support that helps the sales team achieve its goals and revenue targets.

In practice this looks like:

• Coordinate integrated client campaigns from booking through to delivery, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed.
• Process on-air booking approvals and source the advertising material and instructions required for accurate implementation.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, correspondence and timely responses to client queries on behalf of Account Directors.
• Use sales resources and reporting processes effectively to support Account Directors and revenue delivery.
• Assist with client events, functions, ticketing and other engagement initiatives as required.
• Prepare pre- and post-campaign analysis, including pre-times, post-times and air checks for specific clients.
• Build strong working relationships across Creative, Promotions, Programming, Integration and Airtime to maintain quality and momentum.

Skills that help you succeed in this role:

• Experience in a fast-paced business environment, with excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• One to two years’ experience in sales administration or coordination; experience in broadcast media or advertising will be highly regarded.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence coordinating a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive, energetic and results-driven approach, with natural curiosity to improve processes and exceed service expectations.
