Delivery Driver

About the role

Mures Fishing is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team on a casual basis.

Delivering from our processing factory at Cambridge, you will be the face of Mures Fishing, representing our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction, ensuring that our products reach customers promptly and in excellent condition.

Hours of work will be between 6am - 5pm,

Key responsibilities

• Communicating professionally with customers and addressing any delivery-related queries or concerns.

• Loading and unloading produce carefully, ensuring products are handled with care to maintain quality standards.

• Working with the dispatch team to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery process.

• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations.

• Operating delivery vehicles safely and efficiently to transport products to designated locations, conducting pre-delivery and post-delivery vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any mechanical issues.

• Adhering to all traffic regulations and safety procedures whilst on the road.

• Working as part of the larger team and supporting all areas of operations as required.

What we're looking for

• A valid Australian manual driver's licence with a clean driving record.

• Experience/licence for driving medium to large vehicles an advantage.

• Physical fitness and capability to load and unload product safely.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple deliveries and maintain accurate records.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.

• Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to adapt as required.

• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation roles is advantageous
