About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level executive support within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a highly organised, professional, and discreet individual who can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional standards of confidentiality, communication, and attention to detail

• Provide executive administrative support to the high-level executive, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain receipts and supporting documentation for monthly company credit card reconciliations.
• Reconcile overseas travel expenses.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence from internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain documentation for end-of-financial-year tax preparation.
• Conduct online research and prepare information as requested.
• Perform general administrative duties, including document preparation, filing, photocopying, printing, and maintaining both electronic and hard copy records.
• Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and bookings.
• Provide additional administrative and business support as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• The ability to remain calm, flexible, and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic accounting knowledge, including expense reconciliation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to retain information.
• The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgement.
• Italian language skills are desirable but not essential.
