As a Casual Customer Service Representative, you'll join a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to providing outstanding service over the phone. You'll assist shareholders and stakeholders with a range of enquiries, delivering accurate information and solutions while creating positive customer experiences.

A role you will love

Reporting to a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing a variety of investor and client enquiries received through inbound calls from shareholders and other stakeholders. You'll provide timely, accurate, and professional support across a diverse range of companies, helping customers with their queries and ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.

As the voice of Computershare, you'll demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with your colleagues in a collaborative team environment while following established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure high-quality customer experience.

Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to build rapport quickly and effectively with a diverse range of customers.
