Registered Nurse - Residential Aged Care

We have:

• Perm, Part-time 52.5hr PM Roster covering weekdays and
  
• A casual or part-time position approximately 30hrs per fortnight covering AM, PM and nights as required.

Our Registered Nurse must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, displaying a level of competence and experience that comes with at least 1 years' experience.

As the RN, you will be a core member of the residential team and work with both the management of the home and the carers to provide tailored and individualised responsive care for the residents.

• Advising and supporting the care delivery by the care staff
  
• Educating and mentoring in clinical areas and processes
  
• Consultative in case management and clinical decision making.
  
• Clinical oversight and professional competence as a Registered Nurse
  
• Implement and support a resident comfort focus.
  
• Strong Dementia Care knowledge

• Demonstrate a minimum 1 years' experience as a registered nurse, working alone and in a team.
  
• Be flexible and able to commit to a range of shifts across 7 days.
  
• Have knowledge & experience of people living with Dementia & their needs.
  
• Have a genuine passion for serving elderly people & you want to make a difference in their lives.
  
• Use of medical record systems is a must.
  
• Experience in a residential setting is highly desirable.
