Personal Injury Lawyer

We are seeking a Solicitor or experienced Law Clerk with personal injury experience to join our expanding Sydney CBD practice.

You will work on a broad range of claims, including workers compensation, work injury damages, motor accident, public liability, TPD insurance and other compensation matters.

Depending on your experience, you will manage your own files while working across a diverse range of plaintiff personal injury matters. You will play an important role in the continued growth of the practice while developing your technical skills and litigation experience within a supportive team.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long term career in plaintiff personal injury law.

About You

You will bring:

• Previous experience in personal injury law (essential)

• Experience in workers compensation (highly regarded)

• A client-focused approach with empathy and professionalism

• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail

• A genuine commitment to developing your career within a growing personal injury practice
