Food Services Assistant

Stella Maris is a 75 bed facility located at Cronulla, close to the train station. Established in 1964 Stella Maris is a not-for-profit organisation owned by the Sisters of Mercy, Parramatta.

About the role: 

The Food Services Assistant (Catering) will be responsible for supporting the kitchen in the preparation, plating, and delivery of meals and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety and aged care standards.

This is a casual role.

What makes you right for this role:

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment is highly desirable

• Must be available to work the early morning shift. This is a 4-hour shift.

All applicants must be willing to provide a valid police check. The successful candidate will be required to have a flu vaccination in line with government direction.
