About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Officer to join our Facilities Management team based in Marrickville.
Our Facilities Management team plays a critical role in maintaining, improving and optimising MTC's portfolio of commercial properties and service delivery sites. The team is responsible for ensuring our facilities are safe, compliant, functional and fit for purpose, creating welcoming environments for employees, customers, visitors and contractors.
Reporting to the Head of Facilities, you will provide essential administrative and project coordination support across a range of property, facilities and site development initiatives. Working closely with internal stakeholders, property agents, consultants and contractors, you will help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with compliance requirements.
