Finance & Insurance Business Manager – Geely | XPENG

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance Business Manager to help establish and grow our F&I operation across both brands.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the end-to-end finance and insurance process.

• Presenting tailored finance, insurance and protection products to customers.

• Working closely with the Sales Team to maximise finance penetration and dealership performance.

• Managing finance applications from submission through to settlement.

• Maintaining strong relationships with lenders, insurers and customers.

• Ensuring all F&I activities meet regulatory, compliance and manufacturer requirements.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Proven previous experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Manager — this is essential. Applicants without previous F&I experience will not be considered.

• A strong understanding of automotive finance, insurance products and compliance requirements.

• A proven track record of achieving finance and insurance targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• A proactive, driven and results-focused approach.
