About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to delivery. You'll build lasting relationships, identify customer needs and match them with the right Mercedes-Benz vehicle and ownership solution.

You'll also:

• Achieve and exceed new vehicle sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Proactively follow up leads, enquiries and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all sales processes and documentation are completed correctly.
• Work closely with Business Managers, Service and other dealership teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz product range, technology and current offers.

About You

We're looking for a confident and driven sales professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving results.

You'll Bring:

• Previous automotive sales experience, with prestige brand experience highly desirable.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer service and sales conversion capabilities.
• Professional presentation and a genuine passion for premium automotive brands.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using CRM and dealership management systems.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.
• A proactive, resilient and results-driven approach.
