What you'll be doing

• Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children to thrive

• Observing children's progress, and using this information to tailor activities and support individual needs

• Building strong relationships with children and their families, and communicating regularly about their child's development

• Adhering to all relevant childcare regulations, policies and procedures

• Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best outcomes for children

• Working with Children Check if over 18
