Centre Director

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and passionate Centre Director to join Jigsaw Early Learning.

As Centre Director, you will provide inspirational leadership across all aspects of the service, creating an environment where children, families and educators feel supported, valued and connected.

You will:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Centre, ensuring a safe, engaging and high quality learning environment.

• Inspire, mentor and develop a passionate team of educators.

• Drive excellence in education through the National Quality Framework, EYLF and continuous quality improvement.

• Oversee compliance, staffing, occupancy, budgeting and centre operations.

• Foster a positive, collaborative culture built on trust, respect and shared success.

• Build meaningful partnerships with families and strengthen connections within the local community.

• Champion child safety and ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained.

• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across the service.

You are a passionate and experienced early childhood leader who believes strong relationships are the foundation of exceptional education.

You will bring:

• A minimum of three years' experience leading an Early Childhood Education and Care service.

• An ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification.

• A thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and the Early Years Learning Framework.

• Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

• Confidence managing centre operations, compliance, budgeting, occupancy and workforce planning.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A collaborative leadership style that empowers others and values individual strengths.

• A genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences for children, families and educators.

• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualifications
