Warehouse / Factory Staff

About the role

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse / Factory Staff to join our team at Frameless Direct in Epping, VIC. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our warehousing, storage and distribution operations. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, ensuring that our products are efficiently stored, processed, and dispatched to meet our customers' needs. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading and inspecting incoming goods and materials

• Organising and storing products in designated warehouse areas using appropriate storage systems

• Picking and packing orders accurately to fulfil customer requirements

• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other machinery (where qualified)

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting stock counts as required

• Preparing shipments for dispatch, including labelling and documentation

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment

• Following health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents

• Supporting factory operations as needed, including assembly, packaging and quality checks

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets and deadlines

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution centre or factory environment is highly desirable

• Physical fitness and ability to lift, carry and move goods regularly throughout your shift

• Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking, packing and inventory management

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Reliability and consistent attendance

• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems

• Forklift licence required

• Reach experience an advantage
