Job: Workday Financials Functional Consultant

Location: Canberra preferred; Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane considered - hybrid working. (Travel to Canberra is likely required)

Duration: 12 months

Start Date: ASAP, ideally within 3-4 weeks

Residency: Australian citizenship required. Existing Baseline clearance preferred. Candidates must be eligible to obtain Baseline clearance.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide functional expertise, and design and configure Workday Financials solutions aligned with business and industry best practices.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Workday Financials Functional Consultant.
• Workday implementation experience, preferably with a Workday Partner.
• Current Workday certification, with Workday Financials experience.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and enterprise financial processes.
• Experience working with enterprise ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP or similar.
• Experience implementing or supporting new financial systems.
• Demonstrated experience across Workday Financials implementations.
• Experience in Workday implementations as a customer or implementation partner.
• Strong ability to analyse complex business requirements and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a project delivery environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel to Canberra as required.
